New EAP 2.0 tools based on research, analytics, predictive modelling and psychological theory. ImpactMetrix, one of our analytics tools, generates metrics for use in EAP case management helping with counsellor assignment and in the maintenance of a high quality network of service providers in ways that increase the likelihood of positive of client outcomes and clinical improvement.

We can develop/construct custom psychometric tests and scales that measure psychological, mental or behavioural styles/capabilities/outcomes in a work and mental health related context. We can also validate existing scales and measures using advanced research and statistical techniques.

Advanced research to inform workplace mental health strategies
We work with employers to conduct organizational assessments that determine the mental health status of the workforce and provide recommendations pertaining to which psychosocial working conditions should be addressed to improve psychological health in the workplace. We also help organizations assess and evaluate value of workplace wellness programs and EAPs under consideration during the purchasing process.

We can conduct nationally or regionally representative surveys of workers to identify trends in workplace mental health and a broad range of workplace issues. Advanced statistical analyses in addition to descriptive analyses can be deployed to answer a wide range of inquiries and research questions.
